HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT FOR A CONFIRMATION?
We are swift in responding to reservations by responding in the shortest time possible after they are made. This is usually done within the space of 24 hours. If this does not happen however, please contact us via phone or email so that we may sort it out.
CAN MY RESERVATION BE CANCELLED?
Once your reservation has been confirmed after making payment through the receipt of an invoice, your seat is held and the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may decide to push the tour to a later date, in which case your reservation will still stand.
WHY DO I GET ERRORS DURING PAYMENT?
When making a reservation, one is required to make payments through credit card. When errors occur however, it may be due to one or more reasons mainly due to entry of wrong information. To avoid this, ensure that the credit card number is entered as it appears on the card without any symbols or spaces. Also, make sure that the zip code as well as billing address is those under which the card is registered to. Furthermore, the name you input should also be the same as that on the card. Finally, ensure that your account is active and has enough funds to cover the transaction.
